Stealth watermark embedded anti-counterfeiting technology is a combination of optical and image processing stealth anti-counterfeiting technology. The voice control is to develop special ink materials for UV metal printing, so that the three-piece cans contain the information of the voice password and can verify the authenticity through the inspection instrument. The 3D is an anti-counterfeiting function that uses the CMYK principle of four-color misalignment with different perspectives for superposition imaging. At present, Baosteel Packaging has completed the introduction of invisible watermark embedding, voice control and 3D technology in the three-piece metal can printing, and has already had a laboratory prototype, anti-counterfeiting detection effect is good, can improve the anti-counterfeiting ability of three-piece cans, and protect customer brands. The watermarking technique applied to the UV printing process is studied, focusing on the graphic processing and plate making process in the metal packaging process. Therefore, embedded digital watermarking has become the focus of application research in the prepress graphic processing phase.

This ink has high technical content, is not easy to copy, has a high anti-counterfeiting function, and is suitable for being widely used in security printing. At present, the anti-counterfeiting technology is mainly applied in the fields of screen, ordinary offset printing, gravure printing, flexo printing, and embossing, and is rarely involved in the printing iron industry.
The feasibility of using voice-activated UV inks on metal packaging products Through investigation, we have found that the patterns of security-controlled UV inks for anti-counterfeit printing are often relatively small, and generally the logos and logos of some products are printed to achieve the effect of anti-counterfeiting. Due to the special nature and limitations of the voice-activated UV ink, the price is relatively high, and it is not suitable for printing in large areas. It has been applied to the paper packaging of high-end products such as tobacco, wine and cosmetics.
From the technical realization point of view, the anti-counterfeit of the voice-activated UV ink is transferred from printing paper to printing iron, but the substrate has changed, and this technology can be implemented through the process of printing iron. From the analysis of the ink composition, the composition of the voice-activated UV ink is very similar to that of the metal-coated iron UV ink. There are certain differences in some additives and additives. Therefore, through research and development improvements, it can be fully applied to metal packaging and printing products. In addition, there are many high-end customers in the metal packaging industry. It is necessary to protect the company’s own brand from infringement, enhance company image, and increase product anti-counterfeiting performance.

Implementation of 3D image technology Preliminary research on 3D image anti-counterfeiting technology There are several ways to achieve 3D imaging technology. This article discusses the 3D images superimposed by red and blue color separation. The red and blue images simulate the principle of human eyes to determine the left and right viewing angles of objects and superimpose information to generate stereo images. Two or so images are obtained through slight changes in the angle of photography, and then the red and blue color channels of the images are processed through software. Finally, a red-blue image has been misplaced and superimposed. Such an image can provide a three-dimensional visual perception of the image object by wearing the simplest red-blue plastic glasses. At present, television image technology has been applied, and some newspapers and magazines are also in use. This technology can be introduced into metal printing and eventually made into metal packaging cans, which can be used for first-line anti-counterfeiting, and can also increase the interest of products to attract customers.
The process of proofing and making samples is: selecting images, separation of color channels, plate making, and canning. Samples are shown in Figure 4.

Conclusion In recent years, with the promulgation of the "Food Safety Law" and the improvement of citizens' food safety awareness, consumers have paid great attention to food safety, but in many remote areas and tourist attractions, counterfeiting of large brands of food and beverages is more intrusive. The customer's brand and interests, on the other hand, also harm the health of consumers.
