Cement tile machine failure and troubleshooting

One: When the tile tile machine works normally, it suddenly stops or the oil pump suddenly stops.
Reasons: 1) The safe position of the ejection of the proximity switch is incorrect or has been broken. Solution: Adjust the proximity switch position or replace it.
2) The middle relay is bad. Solution: Replace the relay.
3) Thermal relay overload protection. Solution: Reset the thermal relay.
4) Hydraulic system failure. Solution: Eliminate or replace the hydraulic system.
b) The products produced have cracks:
Causes: 1) The reverse position of the product does not match with the Vato. Solution: Place a small piece of mesh cloth or wire mesh on the filter below the crack.
2) The position of the product and the wreck are not allowed during demolding. Solution: Adjust the pallet up and down, left and right, and front and back positions.
3) Improper adjustment of the position of the mold release position and proximity switch. Solution: Adjust the position of the mold release proximity switch so that the mold release distance is about 0.5-3mm.
4) Barbed wire, filter cloth is too tight or too loose. Solution: Adjust the barbed wire, the filter cloth and the lower mold safely fit.
5) The largest particles in the raw material are too thick. Solution: The raw material is sieved, and the particle diameter does not exceed 6mm.
6) Excessive blowing during demoulding. Solution: Adjust the blowing pressure of demoulding.
7) The filter or filter cloth is bad. Solution: Replace the filter or filter cloth.
c) Local sticking of the product:
Reasons: 1) Moisture in the release agent. Solution: Clean all the containers for release agent to minimize the moisture content in the compressed air.
2) The composition of the ingredients in the water is too small and the material flowability is poor. Solution: Adjust the ratio of water to dust in the ingredients.
3) Mixing time is too long in the mixer. Solution: All ingredients should be used up in 20 minutes, especially in summer.
4) The feeding position is wrong. Solution: Adjust the feeding position of the hopper in the middle of the die.
5) The release time of the release agent is too short. Solution: Adjust the time relay to control the release agent.
6) Blockage of the release agent nozzle. Solution: Clean the release agent nozzle.
7) The ratio of release agent is incorrect. Solution: The ratio of release agent to kerosene is 1 to 80-100.
8) Fuel injection solenoid valve filter plugging Solution: Clean the solenoid valve filter.
d) Produce all molds and cannot demold.
Causes: 1) Blowing of the blow-off pipe or the frame is blocked. Solution: Open the blow pipe and the frame blow holes.
2) The proportion of cement is too low. Solution: Recent cement content.
3) The lifting speed is too fast during demoulding. Solution: Check the check valve with the rising speed of the frame.
4) The drop distance of the stripper module during stripping is too small. Solution: The drop distance of the movable block is controlled within 0.5-1mm.

III. Application Field

Used in paper pulp as a cationic fixing agent. Usually the slurry contains colloidal particles consisted of fiber materials, additives and water, which are with anionic charge and interfere the papermaking process, so it is also known as anionic trash; the interference is mainly in the following aspects:

1. Influence wet chemical additives` normal function, especially for cationic retention and drainage aids, sizing agent; or cause to increase the amount of wet chemical additives;

2. Deposits in the paper machine system; interfere the efficient papermaking process.

3. COD discharge of sewage systems, increasing the load on the sewage treatment plant. Recommended for use in mechanical pulp, chemi-mechanical pulp, and secondary fiber pulp slurry and coating waste stuff. Anionic trash neutralized by fixing agent can be bonded to the fibers so as to be taken away by paper sheets.

IV. Methods of Application

Adding methods: excellent water-solubility; can spread out in water instantly. Dosing pump is generally used to drive it into a static mixer or a mixing pump , mixed with water, diluted to about 0.2% of the dissolved solution, and then into the slurry system.

Adding point: the general adding point is in the front of flow system, that is, before the machine chest or fan pump; or add in the pulp plant. Which is taken into consideration for the reaction time of the cationic fixing agent polymer molecules and garbage, also need to time and space for other wet end additives. According to the slurry source, sometimes you need to select two or more points to add. When the slurry contains a source of coated broke, generally requires additional anionic trash in the transport of the paper sheet.

Adding dosage: anionic trash content in the slurry is usually gauged by the cationic charge contents measured by PCD (particle charge analyzer) in the slurry. The measure will directly show the dosage tips, but the real dosage depends on the practical application. For general slurry, the recommend amount is in the range of 0.3kg ~1.8kg/t dry pulp.


 V. Safe Operation

1. Cationic fixing agent is a water-soluble polymer, dissolved in water in a highly slippery state and avoid to spill on the floor. If spill, shall timely absorb with sand, sawdust.

2. Wear gloves, wear overalls to operate.


VI. Storage

The product should be kept sealed, stored in cool, dry, ventilated places, and appropriate temperature should be 10-30 ℃.


VII. Package

200 kg plastic drums or 1000 kg PE IBC drum.
